Infibeam — Not received the product yet..too much late

I booked a canon printer on 23 October but not received it till this date.when I booked it ur website showed that I can be delivered here but now your executive told me that the courier can not be delivered here. I is quite unprofessional manner from your side.even they not gave any proper information about my order that when it will be delivered. So it very bad experience for me. Plz look into the matter.
