Today after waiting for more then a week after placing the order I called again to know the status of the Shipment, I got connected to 2 Reps on 2 call today 1. Karim 2. Bhawesh and Floor Support - Srikant (all of them are not able to meet the customer expectations) After a good long Argument they told me I have fill some form 39, which I have to go and collect it from Near by sales tax office and without that they will not process the order. I asked for cancellation because I don't want to waste my time by going to these Government offices, I am Shopping online for so long form many websites and never faced such issues. When I asked to return my money, they say when they will get the product back then after they will process the refund request, this is so irritating that I have wait for that return received which I never received, this is so pathetic because now if I wait for another 15 days or a week my Credit Card will charge the EMI, This is horrible experience I ever had. Please help me get my Amount Credited back to my account by Monday 26-October-2015. Please Expedite the issue and fix it.
