[Resolved] Infibeam — Order not received | |
I had order a HP laptop with order no 13583991 even after 3 weeks it is not delivered and the customer service i hopeless as the only reply that they give is they have forwared the same to the concerned department and will get back to you . But the last part getting back to you never happens.
Never ever make online payments for your products with infibeam because, first you will not receive the product and second their time to refund the money back to you card is about 20 days and you will have to run a lot to time and phone as many phone calls to get back the same only if you are lucky.

I received message of confirmation(SEE THE PROOF ATTACHED) in which there was written that "it will be delivered to you within 4-7 working days. Two weeks gone, the order has not been delivered to me till now.
