[Resolved]  Infibeam — Product Not Delivered but Showing Product is Delivered

My Order Id 13711469 & Suborder Id 22930531. I purchased a Maxx MX200 Mobile Cum Portable Powerbank (Orange Black) on 11th OCT 2014, but still I am not received the product & status on web portal showing Delivered. I am continuously co-ordinate with Infibeam customer care which is number is charge me STD, but still getting answer that next 24 hours we will be update you the status. Really BAD service from INFIBEAM & i suggest that don't buy anything from INFIBEAM cause the service is so poor & no update from infibeam end, when you call at customer care then you get update. SO ONCE AGAIN DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM INFIBEAM.

within time. Would suggest that you wait a few days they should
definitely resolve your concern

Dear Team, From Last week i am co-coordinating for my order & not getting proper answer from your end.My Query is when your courier service is dispatched the order Pune to Akluj, so why this shipment is reverse to pune.Akluj to Natepute distance is only 27 Km. & Pune to Natepute is 148 Km.So kindly take this order on high priority as this orders delivery Maximum time is 17th October & today is 20th October & i don't want to go to CONSUMER COURT.

As per trail mail if consignment is lost in transit, 1. So why order status showing DELIVERED.2. Nearly about one & half month i am calling your customer care on ([protected]), which is charge me STD charges what about that.
