[Resolved] Infibeam — Product not dispatched yet... | |||
So I purchased a phone (Xiaomi Mi4 16GB amounting to ₹10, 997) from Infibeam.com on Sept 11, 2015. And paid the amount via online banking. They were supposed to dispatch my order by 16th Sept, now that the time frame has passed. Customer care has no trace of my order and I am stuck without any information about my order. Oct 8, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved They were late to dispatch my order, after regular follow up they eventually delivered my product and I have no complaint now. Only thing I'd add here is never post your email and phone numbers publicly. I did it and I got fake call. That person said he is from Infibeam and the product I ordered is not in stock, then he said he will refund my amount. He tried to make me fool by asking me to login to his Mobikwik account and transfer money to his account (he insisted that it won't deduct money from account instead I will get money in my account, Oh My God! he must have extorted money from so many people. Fortunately I was alert.) | |||

One of infibeam customer support executives named Rohan Kumar contacted me now and said we do not have the product in stock and we will refund the amount.
He tricked me to login to their mobikwik wallet and said we will refund using this wallet into my account. He then asked me to add money (trying to fool me saying that by adding money I will get refund from their mobikwik wallet to my bank account)
Realising I am being fooled I asked him some question about him and later he assured me to refund full amount via bank transfer. According to discussion I sent him my bank account details and waiting for my refund very eagerly. My money is stuck with them for no reason. The product is being shown in stock all the time, even if you check now its still in stock. I am done with their lies.
