Order : 16953164. Sub Order[protected]. Order Date: Oct 4, 2015. I received a call from Infibeam on 16th October informing me that the order was cancelled because the product ordered was not available. The points deducted from my citibank account has not been credited even after 60 days. I contacted my bank and they have confirmed that the refund has not been processed.
