[Resolved] Infibeam — Refund not received | |||
Hi, I ordered Eveready Rechargeable Fan in Infibeam on July 15th 2014, I received product on 25th July 2014 which is not working, I called their customer care on 26th July 2014 and informed about defective product, they asked me to send snapshots of product which I received, I sent snapshots to their customercare mail address, they promised their logistics team will arrange reverse pickup within 48 to 72 hours, but they arranged reverse pickup on 2nd Aug 2014, so finally I gave it to reverse pickup person on 2nd Aug 2014, but till now there is no response from Infibeam Team. My order id is 13328784 and Return id is 21952. I'm still waiting for Infibeam response and hope they'll refund my money to my bank account. Regards, Yalamanda Was this information helpful? | |||

What should I do now? When I call Infibeam customer care, they are saying give us 1 or 2 days time to follow up with SafeExpress from last one month, no one customer care person is taking responsibility, these guys stole my money.
Please advice me on how to raise consumer complaint on this issue.
