[Resolved] Infibeam — Refund or Product not received since 6th May 2015 | |||
I placed prepaid order of Samsung DVD Player on 6th May 2015 with the Order id No. 15672751. Received that product within a week's time from Infibeam but that product was not the upto the mark so i returned that to Infibeam to get the refund but till date (04/07/2015) neither i got the money nor the product while i have done so many follow ups with Infibeam thru emails and phone calls. So i need my money back with penalty as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
