InFocus — Defect in receiver

I purchase Infocus m330 by snapdeal order no [protected] dt.4 apr 2015 After 1 month phons receiver was not working like noice was vibrating Then i took it to service center at kanpur S..c person told me that receiver will come in 1 week .But after 1month till now s.c not replacing receiver .so pl.replaced my phone receiver as early as possible Thanks
