InFocus — failure to repair replace, resolve my infocus m810 issue | |||
Dear sir, I submitted my infocus m810 to accel frontline surat on 19th september jobsheet no. Js[protected]. It still was incomplete hence resubmitted with another jobsheet no. Js17a00001962 dated 10-10-17. On 25th oct.2017 after repeated calling & mailing they allotted a case id 35167. Recurring calls resulted in samerepeated “jumlas” that they are arranging the part (Mic assembly in current case & previously they replaced speaker box assembly with rs. 1200 approx charged) & we’ll make a callback with the concerned department. Apart from the name they have never disclosed any department except “concerned department”. Their eta’s were never fulfilled. I request the concerned authority to request the company to refund my entire purchased amount including the repair charges with mental, physical harassment remuneration of rs. 20, 000. If not refunded the company can consider this a formal notice prior to filing for a consumer suite in the honorary “ consumer court”. Was this information helpful? | |||
