I would like to make a complaint against the 2 infocus phones I have bought from infocus and submitted to repair on 22nd April. One has a display issue and second one has touch problem. Firstly i am very disappointed with quality of phone quality, as i have not even completed 1 year and phone has issues, secondly to change display of 11000 phone you are charging 4700 rs. Almost half the cost of phone. Finally the after sale service again disappointing since submitted my phone on 22nd April on a deal that it will be delivered to me within 1 week is still not repaired. I would like to make higher compaint as i am really disappointed with product and now service. I should have never bought the phone. Given my phone to Accel frontline in Nehru place.
