I had purchased an infocus m260 on 17-dec-2015 through snapdeal Invoice copy attached to this email Since last few weeks the touch screen is not at all working due to which i am unable to even transfer the contacts to my new phone. I called the service center no in hyderabad which i got fromã‚â http://www.Infocusindia.Co.In/support. Php, but both numbers were switched off. S v communication Shop no:106, 1st floor, sai vikram towers, near kukatpally bus stop, beside omni hospital, kukatpally, hyderabad Contact person thirupathi Mobile number [protected] /[protected] I called your customer support no[protected] on 18/6/2016 12:30 pm and first spoke to nisha (Who gave me hyderabad manager's no[protected] Mr. Kandamuthan which is an invalid no)ã‚â and then to ashish... Who escalated the matter and i was assured a call back after an hour. I got a call at 5pm from[protected] and the person gave me the same no which is mentioned in the website i. E [protected] which is as usual switched off. 26-june-2016 i took the handset to kukatpally. Hydearbad at sai vikram towers, 1sr floor... They turned me away saying that my handset was tampered and 'seal'was missing. Even blamed me of trying to open the handset by my own.. Which is absolutely false.. I am not a mobile technician. Despite producing the invoice copy.. They didnot accept my handset for servicing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
