InFocus — Motherboard issue, part, pending its already 3 months

I have submitted my mobile in june, due to mother board issue, and then they said they are waiting for its part till today its not yet resolved, whenever i called the customer care they have been saying u will get ur mobile in 1 week, from last 3 months. Please refund the amount or send me a new mobile as the warrenty still exists. Thiss is not at all fair, because its been 3 months nearly without mobile. I am attaching invoice and job sheet given to me by service centre please do the needful
