[Resolved] InFocus — Not providing after sale service | |||
Dear Sir/ Mam I submitted my infocus mobile handset, which was under warranty, in accel Frontline service center on 17th February 2016. Center ensure me for receiving my set after 15 to 20 days. When i contact to service center he told me that parts are not available. and provide me infocus company service support no - [protected]. Many tome i contact on this no but every time company excuses for Part availability. On the date of today 48 days completed but here is no hope that company will provide my set as earlier. When i submitted my set then 3 month warranty was pending. Day by day warranty is going to over. If part arw not available then company provide me new set or renew my waranty again.. Apr 7, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Today on date 7th April 2016 after 50 days company repaired my infocus m330 set. When i submitted set on service centre 3 month warranty was pending .now only one and half month it is. One and half month i could not use my set during warranty. I requested to increase my set warranty one and half month. But company is not redy for so. For delay of repairing set who will response warranty time if company will repair set in 50 days. InFocus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
