My phone screen had broken. I went to service centre and asked them to replace it with new one. Although it was out of warranty. I agreed to pay them the spare part price given on Infocus site I.e.- rs. 2210+ installation charges. Total was rs. 2604 but when I got my phone after installation on new display, they charged me rs.3800 and I paid bcoz I was in urgent need of my phone that time. So Infocus is not doing good. And their service centres are bloody bargalars. Take advantage of people's urgency. Service centre is on the name of "Cell point right behind mahindra petrol pump" and its owner's mob.
