I was allotted IDFC Bonds TRANCHE 1/2011 with Buyback option (PAN AFRPG0808C). I was recently informed by Karvy that the the redemption warrant was sent to my communication address and the same was returned undelivered. Thereafter they asked me to send them the required documents to get the redemption proceeds in my bank account which I had sent and was received by them on 25-Nov-19. I was informed that the amount will be credit to my account in max 15-20 days and so far its not been credited. I have sent multiple emails to karvy but everytime I received generic reply.
