Sub Complaint against online shop Infrill .Com for delivering fake and unbranded and non-working product

Dear Sir

I had ordered ZEBLAZE THOR S 1.39 INCH SUPER AMOLED 1GB + 16 GB 3G GPS SMART WATCH on online shop viz. infrill.com. Order bearing No. 167684 was placed on 08.06.2019 for Rs. 2, 700/- against COD (Cash on Delivery).

Yesterday, i.e. on 10.06.2019, a packet was delivered by their courier for which Cash payment of Rs. 2, 700/- was made. On unboxing the parcel FAKE, UNBRANDED & NON-WORKING WATCH was found. Even charger are not proper.

For returning such wrong, fake, un-braded & non-working product, while login in site of online shop infrill.com, site is not allowing to opt for return the product.

From the invoice pasted on product it is found that dealer (on line shop) has charged Rs. 2, 700/- as follows :

No e way bill was accompanied with material dispatched.
As the dealer has charged Goods & Serivce Tax, it means that dealer will be registered under the Goods & Service Tax Act, DELHI & GST commissioner, Delhi can confirm name, address of such dealer & also confirm whether the dealer has paid such GST charged from me.

It proves that site is bogus & they have adopted a practice of cheating customers by misleading & delivering fake & non-working products.

I request you to look in to the matter & strict action must be taken on such bogus on line shop & such site must be banned for ever.
