Inospire Services — i'm complaining about inospire services which is a bloody fraud company | |||||
It is part time based job.. They provided us 1000 forms which v have to complete in 15 days.in case if we dint submit or dint do proper work we should pay them 4800. We did our work best and best 100%. Now some advocate is calling and telling you have failed your work you need to pay us amount.. They are not showing any mistake of ours sending legal notice it is like an harrasment please help us we gave our hardwork we dint get payment upon that they are calling and harassing us... Please do stop this company and take a strict action on them.. I have all there numbers... We also need our payments... Please do help us.. Thanku Was this information helpful? | |||||

I filled 2000 forms. around 1980 forms having errors of space/comma/spelling.its fake company final qc report.while i already checked 1700 forms. how it is possible of errors? i have got nothing and company asking for legal action if i have not paid 4800 Rs/.is any resolution of it?

Got a call again for repay of 6800.other wise they will send the hard copy and then i will have to pay 50000 Rs/.i said that i have got nothing.how 1980 forms can be wrong out of 2000. but u have used company ids.so u have to pay.

This company is 100% fake and they earn by harassing students and women by legal action, police complaint and other means, two of them have been arrested from Hyderabad today, if they call you or send any message or email straight away register an FIR don't forget to ask them for the legal id of the company and the advocate
I got a call from inospire advocate and they threatened me and will fax to my nearest police station and have to come to surat court with advocate.

second thing i want to let you know that company is 100% genuine as we provide you agreement which gives you all the term and condition bound . Also call verification had been done between you and company from company side to again aware you terms and condition
1) We at the team are just informing you that as per the term and conditions of the contract you need to pay the outstanding amount. Paying or Not Paying is your decision.
2) We can send the legal notice to you for recovering our dues also which we are doing.
3) NEXT step is to appoint an arbitration as per the contractual term and condition which we soon be concluded and same would be send to the person who has not paid the amount. You can consult the lawyer for the same.
4) We can file a Summary Suit under Order 37, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 in tribunal court of law, Surat and the procedure will be there after.
I dont want to behave like immature persons. We are proceeding as per our legal guidance in the court of law. I personal dont care for what you are writing online because when the proof will be asked in black and white, we have all the email communication, Your call verification before the work was issued about explaining T&C of contract and accepted Digital online agreement, Valid under IT Acts.
