Inox in Kalyan Metro mall is very poorly maintained. Seats are broken. My seat was inclined downwards and could not seat properly. Seat numbers are not clearly visible and it makes finding seat difficult. Everyone was confused about the seat numbers. Row number and name on staircase are not clearly visible. Very unhappy with seats quality and not as per maintained standards of inox. I have complained about this a year back qnd complaining about it again as nothing has been improved

    The money was supposed to be returned within 24 hours but it took 2 days. The money has not been returned. Inox 36, Raipur has been paid twice. Your manager Mr. Sourabh denying to look into this matter. His phone no. is [protected]. Kindly return my money Rs. 220/-. I am attaching my transaction ID. It is also provided to Mr. Sourabh.

      As i have booked the tickets on 02/03/2024 in inox cinemas, the payment was successful but tickets have not been booked.It's been 10 days but till money have not refund.So kindly look into it and reply to me.

        The INOX at Rcity mall Screen no. 7 and Screen no. 6 have defective recliners. The recliner don’t work as expected but INOX charges a bomb for such defective seats. No one was there to help regarding this during the movie.

          The security that remains in front of the gate is reduced by our hands due to a little dust in the body of the car's Parsi making machine.After that, he behaved very rudely with us and asked for a fine of Rs 12, 000. After that we were stopped for half an hour.At last a fine of Rs 1000 was paid, after which we could not watch this movie and came away.We go to the movies several times a month...

          As on Sunday night around 7.45pm myself and my family planned to watch a malayalam movie Premalu in Inox theatre, Marina Mall, Omr, Chennai.But when we reached the theatre, one of our seat CL16 was occupied by another man.He too had the same ticket number CL16. This was our unfortunate situation and very irritating that none o[censored]s willing to give our seat.So, I would like to have a refund or some compensation according to your company policy.Kindly consider my request and complaint in this issue which happened.

              Dear Inox Customer Care,

              I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Inox, specifically regarding a recent incident at your theatre.

              On[protected], my family and I made plans to watch a movie at your theatre. We had initially planned to attend the 9:30 PM show, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we opted for the 10:30 PM show, which was introduced by Inox. Despite our efforts to arrive promptly, we were shocked to discover upon our arrival at 10:00 PM that the show had been canceled.

              The lack of communication and the disregard for our time and inconvenience is deeply troubling. We traveled over 20 kilometers to reach the theatre, only to be told to wait until 10:40 PM for further information, and then abruptly informed of the cancellation at that time. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable, especially considering our loyalty to Inox over the years.

              As loyal customers who have patronized Inox for several years, we expected better treatment and service. However, this incident has severely tarnished our perception of Inox, and as a result, we have decided to explore other options for our entertainment needs in the future.

              We hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

                I went to watch gujrati movie itta kitta in showtime 8.15 p.M. On 14.02.24 at inox raghuleela, kandiali-west, mumbai 400067 with two of my family members. The ticket price shown online in computer was rs.112/= per ticket. However, when i went to theatre the price told to me was that now the ticket price for first two rows from screen are rs.130/= per ticket and rs.150/= per ticket for rest of the rows. I paid rs.130/= per ticket for three persons and watched movie. I was told by the manager that we hve dynamic pricing at last moment so price has gone up. I feel that this is totally unfair trade practice. So please let me know the reason why i should not file a legal suit against inox leisure ltd for such unfair trade practice with consumer's court

                  My family and I recently visited Jaswant Tuli Mall in Nagpur for a movie, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the level of service was severely lacking.

                  Firstly, there was no parking staff available to assist us, leaving us to navigate the parking situation on our own. After the movie, when we inquired about the parking ticket, the staff member rudely refused to provide it, citing flimsy excuses.

                  The lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff is unacceptable. It's disappointing to see such disregard for customer service in a place that is meant to provide entertainment and relaxation for families.

                  I urge management to take immediate action to address these issues and improve the overall experience for visitors. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend Jaswant Tuli Mall to others.

                    We book 4 tickets to figheter 3D show for of 27 jan 2024 7.45 pm show. The screen was constantly shaking and flickering. Even after complaints several times no one was listening to us. They replied us "content hi waisa hai".We paid 1400 for this service. Kindly take necessary action.

                      Yesterday I ve booked for night show ticket at Inox jaswant, Nagpur.
                      This is first time I have experienced worst experience in your cinema .
                      No AC factory provided and seat are badly maintained.
                      No proper cushion nd seats are damaged . I have reported to Inox manager to switch on AC for proper air flow . (Seat no C17 &18- screen 3)
                      But we after two three reminders still Inox team failed to rectify the same and we walked out in d middle of movie.

                      Worst experience nd poor quality.

                        On December 19, 2023, I booked a ticket through the INOX application and proceeded to make the payment using Paytm. Unfortunately, although the amount of INR 1871.80 was deducted from my account, the ticket was not successfully booked. I immediately contacted your customer care team and have since made 5-6 calls regarding this matter.

                        During my interactions with your customer care representatives, I was informed that the issue would be resolved, and the refund would be processed within 24-48 hours. However, as of today, [1st Jan 2024], I have yet to receive the refund.

                        I understand that technical glitches can occur, and I appreciate your team's efforts to assist me. However, the delay in the refund is causing inconvenience, and I am seeking your urgent attention to resolve this matter promptly.

                          Hi. I came with my family to watch the movie Wonka for an 8.00pm show. The movie started 20mins late due to ads before the beginning. Then again another 25mins of ads during the interval. I humbly request the management to look into this seriously as it’s annoying to watch so many ads. It also spoils our time management as 45mins of extra time is taken up away by these ads. Kindly keep the customers in mind while playing so many ads.

                              I have friend who is hearing dis paired, i took her for a film animal as it says with subtitles, but in reality there were no subtitles, thus its waste of her time and money, inox movies must imidiatley start showing subtitles for all the films considering these audiences

                                I went to see movie in Burdwan Inox, Arcade. The staff in the ticket counter told that it was compulsory to buy popcorn with each ticket in the ticket counter, I told him to show terms and conditions of Inox where it was written that popcorn was compulsory but he didn't instead he said that Inox has Instructed them to do so. So I was forced to buy two popcorns otherwise he was not proceeding with the tickets.I really want Inox to look into the matter .

                                  As I need inox leisure located in Vishal D mall Madurai to provide budget Tickets rs60 for the shows.

                                  They didn't provide that that hurts us.
