[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — Quality of auditorium | |||
I booked two tickets through paytm to watch hindi medium on 24th may'17, 09:30pm show. At matri mall, bangalore. When entered the screen the entire auditorium was stinky and smelly especially near our seats c 1, 2 When we complained about the condition and asked the support staff to at least bring some room sprayer. He didn't understand our complaint and he started cleaning the seats. And was saying it is clean. Then i went to speak to the auditorium in charge. He came after my repeated request for coming and checking the condition. After which he is asking his support staff to bring cushions for us. And said the smell is coming because of the carpet. In the mean while 20 mins of the movie got over. After which we asked for a refund. He gave a fabulous answer "since it is a paytm ticket we can't refund". Then after convincing him to allocate other seats to us he some how managed to find a better seat. Inox service and quality sucks Was this information helpful? | |||
