I booked two tickets for Xmen dark Phoenix in inox regalia mall bbsr. They did not allow us as the booking reference showed invalid. I had booked through Paytm. After talking to some higher authorities they allowed us after the 20 mins of the movie. If customers book for a movie and see 70% of movie then do u think it’s the right thing they do? When I have complained the same thing to Paytm then they said they were just a medium and inox did not respond to my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
