[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — very unsatisfied with the cashier

My ticket number is dated 30//7/2016, i gave 200 rs for a billing amount of 140 and i was denied a change while a stack full of change is there on the cashier table, she told me it have just now arrived at her table and she persisted for the change, when i said the movie name is judgemental hai kya she started making faces, i felt really insulted and humiliated, kindly ask your hr department to consult with her or is she suffering from any mental disorder that she beheaves so rudely with me. This incident happened in city center 2 kolkata outlet.

During the time i was paying for the Lionking movie at INOX Radar Nakshatra mall. The Amount has been cut twice 400 and 400 at the same time from my Central Bank Debit card. my name is Aishwarya Shirkey and my email.id is aishwarya.[protected]@gmail.com
The pay I made was of two tickets which coated 400 only but that was double paid
