Please find attachment of my ticket I came to watch Lion king 3D on 21st july2019 show timings @8.20pm due to of bad quality of your screen and projection many poeple their complain about it to the manager and other staff but no solution was given and at the end the manager decided to refund the amount.one of the staff member took pictures of our tickets which were booked online for the refund procedure but till now nothing happened also no refund granted . The manager shared a number with us that also no one is picking it up( [protected] its just ringing ) I need to know when i can get my refund otherwise i need to take action, you cannot fool us like this and if now also i will not get any response from you i will send you a legal notice for harassment you people are doing with us . I have booked Ticket in 21/07/2019 for a movie but after the transaction a msg comes your booking is cancelled. after that another msg comes that 630 rupees will be refunded, but I paid 725 rupees. Why u people will not refund my total amount ...
