Insasta.com — not processing the return request and forcing us to pay for the return charges, through the product is defective

Hi,
I have ordered for few products from insasta.com.
Among them, two products were defective and I raised a return request.But the requests are not processed.

I emailed the help.[protected]@gmail.com email id with pictures of the defective products. But didnot see any response.
The customer care is hard to reach as they donot respond to my emails and chat.
After much effort, I could contact a customer care executive who asked me to send the pictures again at her email id.
When I sent, she asked me to send vedio also. I have put all effort to demo how the product is not working in the vedio and sent it to her. Then she stopped responding.
I again forwarded this whole mail chain to help.[protected]@gmail.com But no repsonse.
Kindly, respond and process the returns.

I have ordered the Sony and Samsung headset on 19-Apr-2019. but I don't got any messages and mail confirmation regards this, but my payment has been successfully made with icici net banking. so long I try the live chat app but I didn't get any replyes.
