[Resolved]  Insasta.com — item ordered never received

Updated by Kanika_mongia So after placing this complaint, I got a call from insasta executive that we will refund you straightaway but provide us bank details, I made sure that my bank account balance was transferred because this was another level fraud which was trying to be done .I was asked my adhaar card details my pan card my upi account and what not, and spending half an hour of all that crap, my refund was not made.
‭+[protected]‬ This was the number, I request users getting forgery calls from such number, please do not share details as no refund would be made.
Also 23rd morning I got a call from this number ‭+[protected]‬ that I am rajan calling from consumer department, share your card details and you would be instantly refunded.But yet again this was another fraud call and no transfer was done infact they were charging another transaction from my own card but as I transferred my money, I was saved from another fraud.
Below is the message sent by them using my card details, I called them back asking the person’s name, he said deepak kumar who was earlier Rajan.
Consumere please beware of such frauds.
