[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Cheating the public with different policy nomenclatures. | |||
I am a rural house wife. I was approached by the agents of Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company to get Invest Plus Premier policy. 1) The agent, s name is Mr.Dhakshina moorty from Tirunelveli. 2) He is from Team Life Care Company of (India) Privae Limited, Srivasam, No 15, 1st Cross, Pampa Layout, Hebbal, Kempapura, , Bangalore 560024 (Agents to canvass insurance for Bajaj Allianz) 3) They offered a policy called "Invest Plus Premier". The premium to this policy is to be paid only for 3 years and then stop. The policy offers great fortune after 3 years, and it grows every year there after. 4) Believing this, I paid Rs 25, 000/= for 3 yeras (Total Rs 75, 000). My policy number is [protected]. 5) After 3 years, I asked the status and claim amount in 2013, 2014, 2015 etc...to Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company, Yerwada. 6) The are saying that I have to pay premium for 25 years, contradictory to the clauses of Invest plus premier for only 3 years. 7) They are also saying the they will settle at Rs 36, 000 in 2013 (Rs 39, 000 loss !!!) 8) They are also saying that in 2014, 2015 etc... the amount will further reduce from 36, 000. 9) This is an open cheating and fraud played by Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company, Yerwada in collusion with Team Life Care Company of (India) Privae Limited, Bangalore, using fraudulant persons like Mr.Dhakshina moorthy of Tirunelveli. Many frauds like this might have been done by Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company, to cheat innocent rural house wife like me. Can you get justice to me and stop this fraud from spreading further ??? Bajaj Allianz is playing fraud by using the ignorance of rural people. They offer policies in different names, with attractive returns. On getting the client, they simply change the policy names and take away (steal) a huge sum of the premium paid. It is a vicious fraud going in the country. Bajaj Allianz should be black listed. Justice should be brought to the poor clients.

Bajaj Allianz Insurance has many phones on their policies and brochures. But none of them respond properly.
The normal rejects are (1) This number is not in use (2) Always busy (3) This is engaged on another call. Please wait or dial again. Both return the same message. You are in a loop.
They do not send any letter on specific queries. Always send a standard pre-printed form letter, without any signature. They do not reply in email. They do not want to commit any thing in writing. The make telephonic contacts for every thing (Not clear. Not understandable. Long calls. You are frustrated. Not in a language known to you). All these support that they are Spams, Frauds and cheaters. See Attached Photo copy.
They promise this policy to pay premium only for 3 years. But send another policy and say that you have to pay premium for 25 years. Otherwise they settle for 50% of actual premium paid. You loose 50% of money already paid. Money makers by fraudulent activities.
