[Resolved]  Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. , Aegon Religare Life Insurance Co. , Reliance Life Insurance Co. — Cancellation of Policies

This has reference to the above subject I GOPAL K PATIL, hereby request you to help me to cancel my below mentioned policies, which was given for “just show-off purpose”, by the agent(s) (as per list names with their contact details) who misguiding, forced and blackmailed me to do the procedure to get the bonus amount with interest which is still not received to me against my surrendered “Smart-Kid” policy No.05669939, Dated 10th July, 2007 in ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE Co., surrendered on 21st December, 2010.

I have recorded all calls of all agent(s) in to the mobile phone. They told me that they are calling from IRDA (Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority) office at Mumbai.

The below mentioned agent(s) engaged me in every month since April-2012 to October-2012 to do one more investment as “Show-Off” purpose and not to expose anybody about the reason of doing procedure for getting bonus amount of Rs.1.39 Lac (including invested fund value as per NAV with Bonus). This investment is refundable and will be cancelled itself with-in 120 days and not for lifetime.
They have told me the amount of bonus and invested fund is Rs.1.39 Lac to Rs.4.00 Lac in every month. Due to their blackmailing/force/misguiding I could not ask anybody in the concerned Life Insurance company regarding the cancellation.

The details of policies for which I need your help to cancel the policies and get back my money at the earliest:

I am requesting to all above companies to cancel my policies and get back to me my money, but till date I couldn't get my money.
