[Resolved] Kotak Term Plan — premium of renewal directly deducted without my confirmation | |||
policy no. 02366830 of KOTAK ( Term Plan ) . Purchased the term plan last year . Due date of premium 20.09.2012 . I have received call regarding the renewal but i was not knowing that they are going to deduct the renewal premium directly from my bank . The bank detail was known because the last year premium was paid by cheque . The ECS was not signed by me . When last year i received the booklet for the policy confirmation the ECS signed was not attache din that . The insurance person are telling that you have signed the ESC .
