[Resolved]  Royal Sundaram Medical Insurance — claim denial

i have taken a policy for my mother in royal sundaram medical insurance , the policy number is HCJ0001447, during the commencement of policy my mom was not having any signs of illness and they have not taken any medical check up also for the same, but last month she admitted in hospital and had a surgery for FIBROID. but in the doctor statement sent to them shows that she had the illness from from last 6 months but we came to know only last month, because of this reason they denied the claim request and the whole money need to pay by us only.

and some of the hospitals they have mentioned in the policy not accepting the card from royal sundaram.
