[Resolved]  I-On — Undue Harassment and service outage

Related complaints since last one month for service issues, but no permanent solution given. We called the customer service numerous times to send a service personnel for a visit to check the issues, but the service engineer arrived only after begging for 20 times on the customer sevice number[protected]. They switched to the new service provider from May 15, but till date services were not completely restored as promised. I was asked to send an email, which was also sent but no revert was received on the same till date. On calling the above mentioned customer care number, male staff answered the call on May 24 at 2330 hrs and hung up. Call was never answered after that point.
