RELIANCE BROADBAND NETCONNECT — Activation of prepaid account
I had purchased a Reliance Netconnect braodband+ prepaid connection on 16th Feb, from "Arihant Technocom, Shalimar bagh, Delhi".But till now my account has not been activated even after repeated calls and mails to the customer care.
Reliance Broadband — Billing Error and Terrible Customer Service
Copy of my complaint to reliance broadband:I am a broadband subscriber[protected] from mumbai (andheri) since years. In the month of july, your service was regularly down in the andheri area so I had called to complain on your automated service but it repeatedly rejected my complaint saying that my ID was not registered. Then I called up customer service who told me that I could lodge a complaint with him but the internet was down in andheri area and will be rectified next day. So I waited for a day and when I checked with cs again they said it will take another day. But this went on for some more days after which I called them up to ask about the problem which they said again will take 3 days, so I asked him about the billing in this case to which he replied that it will be adjusted and if not then to call cs and they will get it adjusted.
I got my July bill and there was no adjustment so I called up cs and complained. (Ref. 1575929) I got a call from reliance broadband and they said they cannot adjust it as there was no complaint made for the internet issue during that period. This is absurd! your connection was down for almost 20 days then your automated complaint DID not work (still doesn't), then customer service keeps pushing me around everyday regarding the internet problem and also tells me that billing will be adjusted. After all that now this! this needs immediate response and action. Payment will be on hold till this is resolved including in the next half of this month's bill. Expecting your reply asap.
No use with the facebook page either, I had also mentioned this problem on your facebook site. After that I got a call from reliance regarding the above mentioned issue but it was surprising that they were saying they same thing that no complaint was made during the down period so it can't be wavered.
I emailed the CS at Reliance and they are repeating the same 'mantras' which I have heard before but not positive.
How weird is that? Reliance knows when the net down time was when no one in Andheri was able to use, they have the records if net was used during that period. It's just common sense! secondly, the cs didn't take my complaint suggesting that the connection will be up the next day and the down time non-usage will be adjusted.

RELIANCE BROADBAND NETCONNECT — Wrong Billing and the complaints posted were closed without giving the end-user any evidence
HiI have taken Reliance Broadband plus net connection but the billing for my first month was wrong also I have lodged a complaint which has been closed many times without proper intimation or evidence given to me.
Please look into this issue
