[Resolved]  Tata Teleservices — Wrong treatment- Tata photon/ Wrong & excessive billing.

Please help me out on this.

Getting excessive billing from 9 months.
First I complained this to Tata Customer care about 9 months before. They simply refused to admit their excessive bill. Then I went into details & they accepted their fault n gave me goodwill.
Then I requested for my service cancellation.
Then received call from Tata Customer care, retention (Ahmedabad). They offered me one scheme, if I wish to continue their service, I won't get any bills (monthly rental) for next six months & also ill get 512 mb free data usage per month during these six months. I was convinced & continued my number's service. But still I received continuous bills. I never even used my photon during those months. Many times I complained customer care for this but they simply refused to accept that they gave me any such scheme. Now I was sure to cancel this Fraud Tata photon number. Then I asked customer care to check my call recordings (recorded by customer care) so that they could check their own commitments. Then after some days they checked & accepted their mistake and cancelled my bill amount. But during this 1 more bill was generated & I got that bill in next bill cycle. This time I was seriously irritated by these Tata people.
(During this while time I never used a single kb/mb also)
I complained once again in Tata office (Sakar, Vapi) Also I gave my written application for number/service cancellation. But office people refused to accept my application as my bill amount was outstanding. Then I called customer care & I asked for goodwill. She promised me to give me a goodwill of Rs. 500 that was supposed to be deducted from my account in 7 days. 20 days passed & I got another bill. No goodwill was given to me. Bill amount was doubled. I again complained to customer care on 16th march 2013.
This time the guy on call accepted to give me goodwill of Rs. 500. But I told him that Because of their company's mistake & delay, my one more bill got generated. And then he's giving me Rs. 500 goodwill. So what's the point of giving me that goodwill. That same amount has been generated in my another bill. Even I haven't used any single kb. So I asked him to cancel my another bill also & close my account. He said ok. But then he gave me only Rs. 455 goodwill & my account was not closed & I got I more bill.
Then I again complained.

I explained customer care executive each & everything. He took my request. Also took my cancellation request. I asked him to cancel my all outstanding amount. He said me that he'd check my account & if I haven't used any data mb then I wont be charged & my amount will be cancelled. I also told him to check all my call recordings for his reference. He checked & called me after 2-3 days. He said as I haven't used any data so my total bill will be cancelled & my billing will be stopped within 7 working days & number will be deactivated within 15 days. I was happy this time that my Tata service/account is finally going to get closed.
But still I got another bill. No amount was deducted. This time I was working in Maharashtra so was unaware of the bills. Then suddenly on 9th September 2013 I got a call from Miss. Shweta. (From Patiala court house) She Told me that by that day evening I dont pay my bill then a case would be filed against me & I would b fined Rs. 17,500. I was shocked & frustrated. I was mentally tortured by Tata.
I again called customer care & complained about this.

On 13th September 2013 I got a call from Tata customer care regarding my complaint. I argued with him for abt 50 mins. When I went into details I came to know that with regarding my cancellation request, that was placed on 16th june 2013, my billing was supposed to be stopped on 23rd of june. N service to be cancelled by 30th of june 2013. But my billing was stopped on 12th of August & service was cancelled even after then. Means, I was billed excessed. He accepted their mistake n deducted 200 from 1397 bill. This is all about Tata service. Full of Fraud billing. Sitting there to eat customers hard earned money.

Still my case isn't resolved. I am totally fed up with Tata photon service n their team. I am getting mentally disturbed. My valuable time is being wasted. Please help me in this.
