[Resolved]  Tridax Wireless Solutions — Never provide connection & refund the money

For the notice of everyone,
This company which runs by the name Tridax Wireless Solution is a sham company. They will approach you with all the promises in the world like consistent speeds and connections even if your house is remotely located. The main people who run the company Saravanan, Nandhini & Santhosh have the same modus operandi. They will collect a huge sum which includes installation charges and 3 months rent in advance. After that, thats the last of them. They will avoid your calls and will dodge you by saying that they are busy purchasing additional bandwidth and all sorts of excuses. And finally when you decide to terminate the connection they will try their maximum by not refunding the money giving various reasons. Anyone who reads this post please be aware not to fall in their scam. They will promise 24 db antenna if only few people adopt their connection. That will never happen. And also their link fails very often. When you confront them they will not let you speak and will try to force themselves on you. Never pay them a single dime or else pretty much its better you forget about the money.

All these comments about this company that i see here are utterly fake and has been done under some purpose, this is what happened to me.

day1 i see a flyer of click2connect on the road and call up MR.DEPPAK JAIN, he talks very humble and makes me buy the connection and makes false promises for which i fell for the bait, so pay him after he said that it would be a refundable deposit.

day 2: connection is given.

day 3 to day 4: massive fluctuation in connection so i call up the customer care, and i ask him "sir i've been using your connection and i get constant disconnection issue with major fluctuation, can u help me out?"

Reply from customer care A.K.A(DEEPAK JAIN) : "How can u say my connection lame..blah blah blah...full trash talks..."

(I jus asked him to help me out with fluctuation)

ME: "I replied..am i talking to the customer care department?"
C2C: " I am the customer care and the owner"

( I was literally puzzled)

ME: " people at customer care are here to resolve my issue not to shout at the customers"

SO I ASKED HIM FOR DISCONNECTION WHICH HE AGREED (GODS GRACE) AND ALSO PROMISED THAT HE WILL GIVE BACK DEPOSIT I PAYED EXCEPT FOR THE 4 DAY USAGE. WHICH I AGREED.

BUT LATER DURING DISCONNECTION HE SAID NOT DAYS COUNT, I WILL REDUCE THE AMOUNT ACCORDING TO MY USAGE,

I DON UNDERSTAND I HAVE PAID HIM FOR UNLIMTED CONNECTION AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HE WOULD REDUCE FOR USAGE, AND WHOPPED ALMOST 80% OF MY MONEY.

Mr.Saravanan picks up the phone and gives me time window within which he would set me up with a new connection.
And he kept to his words, A service guys was sent and everything was setup in time,

Most important of all he promised me a true unlimited broadband connection with no download limits which i'm very much happy for..

yes i did have one or two techinal difficulites once or twice at the max which i got resolved by his team immediately regardless of time it is, the customer care he has is so humble unlike this C2C(DEEPAK JAIN) AKA (CUSTOME CARE).

i read all these comments and deepak jains business stratergy here...lol i don what business rivalry they have, but i can see he is working hard to pull them down.

i have TWO WORDS FOR YOU DEEPAK JAIN A.K.A CLICK 2 CONNECT

Another unfortunate customer, who just got ripped by these folks.

I signed up for the service, right after the moment cash collected, the sales rep nor the service support number were responding, it took quite few days for me to reach to them and guess what: regular bull and false commitment, I asked for refund, since the service was never provided, for which they dragged it for a week and finally sent an email yesterday, that it will take about 28 days for refund. I paid them 5200/- in the email nor the refund payment mode or amount was mentioned.

I had about 15 min phone call with Saravanan (at last) and honestly, if he had at-least a minuscule amount of self respect and moral, perhaps, he should have shut the company or left the country by now. I don't know what hpnd, but he did emailed me about the refund, which is pretty much did'n had key information.

I am also questioning them about their legal status, service tax number details and more importantly authenticity of the company, for which still information is not shared.

Bottom line: I have registered a complaint with Govt grievance portal and soon to send a legal notice primarily accusing them o[censored]nethical business practice. ( Jago Grahak Jago)

My advise to you all, stay away from them, they are not worth a dime, poor customer service and unprofessional attitude, end of the day, it will just waste of time. Trust me.

Looks like the list of complaints is never ending. When asking for a refund they will accuse you in such a manner as we are the culprits for denying their service. 26 working days to refund your money is utter unethical business. And they take several weeks to accept your cancellation and take their own sweet time to respond. And when you throw them a consumer court threat Saravanan is least bothered and replies. Sir dont throw me such cold threats. I have seen several customers like you. So dont think such a threat is going to make me weak in the knees. In a recent mail from Tridax they have mentioned that Santhosh is no longer part of the company. I find this itself to be an elaborate move by Tridax. I can guarantee that he will be back in full force after a couple of days when things cool down. I happened to interact to a couple of customers who were part of that email. And most of them were similarly cheated like me. They never provide proper connection. And even if they do the network is never stable. This company needs to be shut down so that innocent customers are not cheated.

I would like to bring into your kind information that, I am a Major victim of this fraud, so called company Tridax whom Saravanan claims to be MD.

They do not hold any license, but they had appointed me as a franchisee and Saravanan looted, Rs.3.25 Lakhs [Rupees Three Lakh twenty five thousand] as a franchisee fees from me & hand loan.

He has cheated many people like this and have taken money, but never bothered to give connections.

I had got him around 40 customers, and all of a sudden he had disconnected the customers, because he wasn't able to make payment for bandwidth, so i with drew my franchisee, because it was bringing me worst name and reputation, I not only lost my money but also my respect among my clients due to Saravanan's Act.

He had made false complains in police station that his staffs were harassed by me, for which enquiry was done and eventually, Saravanan was found guilty of making false allegations. Then, he had made a settlement by giving me cheques, which eventually got bounced in the bank.

I have proceeded legal formalities in the court of law now and he is supposed to appear in court for the same.

They hatch plans by making female staffs talk and finally they complain in police station of the consumer misbehaving with their staffs. A new way to escape the crimes done by Saravanan.

So kindly be cautious before you talk to their ladies staffs in their office, they might hatch this evil plan on you as well.

Can't I rate it 0 Star? One star is too high for them. Bunch of Fraudsters including the lady in their office who is always so tiered of attending customer calls. Just cheated me with the money for 3 months in advance and never turned up. Wasted my time making 150 calls till now, cancelled the connection and not heard a word from them on the refund of the money.
I request Deepak and all customers who have been scammed by this company to come forward and share as much details regarding the cheap tactics being followed by this fraud company be exposed so that no other customer should be made scapegoat henceforth. Its been 3 weeks now and I am still to receive any update from them. They were all smiles when they collected the cash for 3 months upfront. And now when you ask for a refund they will do a cash transfer if its ICICI alone.

Deepak if you could provide more insights into this company since you have been in direct contact with this firm it would help.
I have already sent him legal notices, but he's never responded even to a single notice.

Saravanan has cheated his staffs, he has cheated consumers.

Saravanan has cheated his co-building tenants, who had vacated their shop because of him

The next hearing given by court is day after tomorrow. Lets see what it turns out to be like.

Saravanan also had trained his executives to collect money in advance and now that he is being exposed to quite some extent in this area, due to word of mouth, he has started his next cheating venture in Urapakkam.

Saravanan also cheated his one of the investors, who is a very reupted person from Deepam Hospitals., though I feel I shouldn't take his name, but I've learnt that the reputed person has himself lost around 10 Lakhs due to saravanan

Their Tactic is to just postpone the matter be it giving a connection or refunding the money until the customer forgets that the bunch of have taken money from us and are making us beg as though we owe them something. Also this cheap guy uses very cheap language if we go and ask for the money. He says that the money will come after 2 months... should it come from America or Dubai? he is the one who ate it and it has to come from his pocket, why wait 2 months is what I don't understand.
Exactly my point AnotherUnfortunateCustomer... Dunno what kind of thick skin Saravanan is made of...When he pockets the money hes all smiles...But when we ask for a refund we have to wait over 2 months...Not an ounce of shame when he speaks over the phone..And by any chance if you insult his brand he will talk as if hes the CEO of Apple Inc... Then he will jump on that excuse and not let you talk until you hang up... Now I am extra cautious when entertaining private companies when dealing with them no matter how small may be the interaction... I request sathees.[protected]@gmail.com to spread the word around Urappakkam so that these guys are not allowed to enter the market anymore...
Beware ! Do not talk to his so called female staff which is merely an eye wash to show that its her assistant...
For all I've experienced he'll straight away make allegations that one has attempted rape ... And ultimately ask for a compensation ! So instead of he giving you back money kindly don't end up giving money to him !!
Another experience by a known guy is that he asked refund in Saravanans office but Saravanan went and complained on him saying he stole laptop from their office and suppressed the matter !

Another instance, he didn't pay one of his employee salary and now made claim that he's already paid..

One more instance - one of his employees wasn't paid salary so he asked his certificates to quit the job, but since he might be returned certificates then he'll be needed to pay salary as well .. So Saravanan went to police station and complained on the employee saying he had pulled and physically assaulted Saravanans wife !

Many such incidents have happened and I know all these victims who has undergone all this ! So be careful while u communicate with them !!!
Hi guys, Unfortunately I didnt know about this company way back in August, so I also got cheated by Saravanan. I have been following up this guy for the refund since mid of September, but he always says that it would be refunded after two weeks. I am tired of asking for refund. Is there any way to file a complaint against this company and people like Santhosh and Saravanan. Please let me know about it.

Consider that you have lost your money. Getting a refund from Saravanan is MISSION IMPOSSIBLE!!! I am busy in a meeting I will call you later and thats that!!! You will never get through to him. Now we are forced to call from random numbers to get through to him. Else he will simply ignore your calls. Wish this money was used to feed the poor rather than such cheap culprits who are out to cheat money from clients.

Thats all a lie, i know those guys who have been claiming, its yet again another dirty trick by Saravanan, One of his existing customer had told me that this is the new way to make fools of people it seems.

So, not from a business enemity or anything, but just cautioning you guys well in advance that dont get fooled!

The following is the transcript of the legal notice, I have sent to pammal address. But, it was returned as door closed. After that, I have the notice through email. They never bothered to reply till date.

Sir,

Under instructions from my client, residing at Madambakkam, Chennai – 600 126, I issue the following notice.

My client states that he was a customer of Tridax Wireless Solutions (Venture of INS Communication Pvt. Ltd.) from 21/10/2012. He has taken wireless internet connection from your concern, believing that you will be rendering good service and he will be receiving internet connection without any breakdown/difficult. As per your Invoice No.28/2011-12, dated 21/10/2012, my client paid a sum of Rs.2, 800/-(Rupees Two Thousand and Eight Hundred) towards the cost of Point to Point Equipment (Air Grid M5 23 DBI Antenna) – 1 No.; and Rs.227/-(Rupees Two Hundred and Twenty Seven) towards the cost of Plan – Petunia ([protected]@199+Tax14.5%); hence, totally my client has paid a sum of Rs.3, 027/- (Rupees Three Thousand and Twenty Seven).

My client further states that the wireless internet connection was available till middle of February-2013. There was a breakdown from middle of February-2013 to middle of April-2013 and he made frantic efforts to contact you for restoration of wireless internet connection. There was no proper response from your company till middle of April-2013. Hence, he was deprived of the benefit of wireless internet connection for about two months. Subsequently, the wireless internet connection was restored in the middle of April-2013. My client changed his internet connection plan from 256Kpbs to 658Kbps (@499 + Tax=560/-p.m.) by paying three months’ subscription in advance – Rs.1, 680/- (Rupess One Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty) by transferring the amount from his account to the account of M/s. INS Communications Pvt. Ltd., in ICICI Bank, Selaiyur Branch on 13/04/2013.

My client further states even from the date of first installation on 21/10/2012 and also after restoration by changing to higher bandwidth plan, there was difficulty in getting the wireless internet connection continuously due to intermittent failure and breakdown. Recently, there was breakdown on 12/07/2013, which was restored only on afternoon of 13/07.2013. Hence, the very purpose of getting wireless internet connection was very much defeated and my client was not at all satisfied with the connection; and, due to the failure in connectivity, my client suffered mental agony and hardship and his precious time was wasted unnecessarily.

My client further states that on 12/07/2013, there was breakdown in the internet connection and on which day, the three months’ subscription paid by my client for 658Kpbs plan ends. Hence, my client transferred Rs.560/-(Rupees Five Hundred and Sixty) being one month subscription to continue the existing internet plan on the Afternoon of 13/07/2013 from his HDFC-Saving Account to your company Account in ICICI Bank. But, even after transferring one month subscription for 658Kbps plan, the wireless internet connection was suspended on the Evening of 13/07/2013; and on enquiry, your company staff insisted that my client should pay three months’ subscription in advance for restoration of internet connection for which my client refused to heed their demand, since it is a monthly plan. It is not just and fair on the part of your company to suspend/terminate/disconnect the internet connection, after having received the payment of subscription from a regular customer. It is also not wise on your part asking the customer to pay another two months’ subscription in advance, when he is availing the monthly plan. Even after repeated requests of my client, the Company was not helpful and the Customer Care Staff of your Company is also not of any use. Subsequently, the company did not restore the wireless connection. Unfortunately, on 16/07/2013, your company had sent Mr.M. Santhosh Kumar, who is said to be your Techno Comm. Head of Tridax Wireless Solutions, without any written communication from your company, took the instruments used for wireless internet connection from the residence of my client and also after returning the subscription of Rs.560/-(Rupees Five Hundred and Sixty) only and without returning the cost of equipments. At the time of taking instruments, your staff also removed my client’s own material – Cable wire (15 meters), which connected the POE in Ground Floor with Air Grid/Antenna in third floor of my client’s building. Actually my client is entitled for the payment of Rs.2800/-(Rupees Two Thousand and Eight Hundred) towards the Cost of Point to point equipments (Air Grid M5 23 DBI Antenna – 1 No.), since my client has already paid as per your Invoice. It is unreasonable and unfair on your part for taking the material without payment of cost.

My client further states that when he contacted your office on the Afternoon of 14/07/2013 for restoration of wireless internet connection/proper service, my client was threatened that his equipment will be taken by force by registering police complaint. When my client contacted you for complaining about the behavior of your company staff on 15/07/2013, you also endorsed the threat, saying that this is policy of the Company. For no fault of my client, he was unnecessarily threatened, which he never expected from a reputed Company. Your Company has not followed the business ethics and the behavior of staff amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency in service. My client suffered mental agony and hardship for the failure of your Company in restoring wireless internet connection, even after the payment of subscription and also for the rude and uncivilized behavior of the Company. Hence, I would like to call upon you to return the sum of Rs.2800/-(Rupees Two Thousand and Eight Hundred), and also the cost of cable wire (15 meters); along with the compensation of Rs.20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) towards the mental agony & hardship suffered by my client and also for the deprivation of benefits of getting continuous wireless internet connection at my client’s residence. The said amount should be paid within 15 days (Fifteen days) from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which, my client will be constrained to take legal action against your Company.

if you r interested to send him a legal notice send it to his office address which is at selaiyur opposite to ICICI bank..
I doubt if at all the legal notice is going to make him any difference..
I had my hearing today for my case.. He appeared today and the judge asked him to appear on 20th with surity for his bail..
he is taking help of his female staff to gain sympathy and using another staff santosh to get the bail..
he has money to hire lawyers from high court but is shameless to make the payments back to people..
there are so many people who have got cheated but a very very few are coming out to teach him a lesson..
there r a few whom I personally know who have got vexed and gave upon him...
My humble suggestions/request to all those who have been a victim to this fraudulant company...Please spread the word via social media like facebook and whatsapp to those around selaiyur, tambaram, madambakkam and other areas to not fall for the false claims of these devils...
