Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Intex wireless mouse not working properly | |||||
I purchased Intex DUO-610 Wireless Multimedia Combo Keyboard & Mouse on[protected]. After using the Mouse for only about two months it stopped working properly. I need to press mouse left button hard to get any response on the screen. I want help from the Intex. The product is in its warranty period. I went to service centre of intex at Patna by the name of "Icon Computer" in Kadam Kuan, but he did not provide any service saying that the bill does not have TIN VAT number.
