Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Not satisfied with services & services centre | |||
Dear concern, I purchased my mobile from online store on the date of 27th jan - 2016. I was using my mobile with very smoothly. But after 6 month, i find some issue of network mobile. Like 1. Network error like showing no sim/sim error. 2. Automatic voice communication cut & barred, it show massesges like no sim card/sim error. Both mobile signals are disappear. After few minute mobile signals auto come. First, i though that it was network issue, i contacted my sim company provider (Airtel/vodafone) for this issue, they changed my sim & issued new sim, after that this problem was exiting & not solved. Second, i went intex service centre at digitech sector - 7 rohini, at first look it was very bad experience. Neither they talk properly nor solve issue properly. 1st visit - they saw my intex mobile, they did some network settings changes, & return me. They told that issue will not come, after that problem was not solved. Iind visit - they saw my intex mobile, they did same things of network settings & return. I told him see there is nothing right, problem is still same, please keep this mobile with you & repair it properly. They told me. It took 15 days to repair. I gave my mobile to them for repair. Iiird visit - after 17 days. I went there for picking my mobile on 28/12. When i saw my mobile, i shocked that it was not look like my mobile. 1. Tempered glass was disappear 2. Volume key was in bad condition gold color old not proper functioning 3. Problem is coming same network issue / sim error. 4. They claim that some kit has been changed but i sure that nothing was changed. Ivth visit - i visited yesterday (31/12) i talked to them about this, they told me it is coming from company side, we can't help you out. Talk to our customer care. They argued with me. & not given properly answer. Please suggest what to do in these condition. I totally bad experience from intex. I have only 24 days remain in warranty. Is there any solution from your side. I also attach some screen shot of today that what problem i faced If this problem may continue, you may provide new mobile against this mobile. Imei no. Koi bhi s/w nahi chal raha hai unfortunately stopped .. My mobile Intex power plus hai. Charging bhi nahi ho paa raha thikse ... Play store stopped & message stopped any s/w not work properly
