Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — power bank

I bought 12.5mhz intex power bank from amazon in nov 2017, after two months it stopped working (First it stopped taking charging/ stopped charging the mobile) i tried using a diffrent power cable but all efforts went in vain. I was out of country for a couple of months, candidly speaking the itex support is terrible, nobody picks up the call on their toll free no, i tried for months, now last month i returned to india, again tried to contact to cust support team, after so many attempts, someone gave me a no and address to visit without even understanding the issue.

I am really disappointed to buy the prod from this vendor no quality product as well as no proper support.
