Intex Mobile — Spot on touch screen of the mobile from Inside

I have purchased Intex Acqa i5 Model vide cash Memo no.6706 dtd.19.11.2013 for Rs.11200/- from M/s Sachdeva Mobile Point Shop No.24, 4-5 Chowk, K.C.Road, NIT, Faridabad. There is spot on touch screen of the Mobile from inside which is looking very bad. I visited at Customer Care Centre of Intex Mobile at Neelam Chowk, NIT, Faridabad but staff at Customer care told that in opening the set it may got damaged. Therefore he did not take any interest in rectifying the problem. Therefore, I request you please to look into the matter and resolve the problem or replace the set.
