Dear Sir, I made a recording complaint of an Intex refrigerator. On July 21, 2021 that there is a problem of cooling in it, then it was told from the company that you have to pay ₹ 295 visiting charge and ₹ 1700 gas filling charge, so I said ok, then after that a technician came from their place on 4 August 2021. He repaired my refrigerator. After that the product has a warranty of 30 days, so in the same month, on 23 July 2021, I complained that there is noise coming from the compressor, then in the same evening the area manager of Intex called that you have to pay ₹ 295 Visting charge whereas my product Was in warranty for 30 days, in which if any problem comes in the product then neither visiting charge nor any charge of the product is to be paid, but demanded by them. I called the helpline number ([protected]) of Intex, then from there they said, Sir, there is no such thing. You do not have to pay any charge for the product. After that there was a complaint note (23/08/2021) so after a few days the complaint was canceled, then I complained again on July 27, 2021, then that complaint was also canceled. I complained on 31st July 2021. His complaint was also canceled. It is written that the customer is refusing to pay the visiting charge even though my product is under 30 days warranty.
