Team, It is to inform you that I have submitted my Handset Intex Aqua Power HD having IMEI Number:[protected] at your Intex service station located at Surat, Gujarat, india on dated 25.05.2015 for repair, I am in continuous touch with that service station owner but they are lingering the matter since last two months, every time I visit their shop I am asked to come after 4 to 5 days, today when I asked them to return my mobile without repair the owner denied to do the same and behaved in an abusive manner . He does not have a manner to talk to customer and behave properly, if I am not reverted with my Cell phone ASAP I am going to launch a RTI and Police Complain. Waiting for your response.
