Ok.

I have been interacting with a lot of people regarding my ill fated cabin with the following details:-

Cabin Details - Bouleward Walk Unit booked at 5th Floor Cabin 1206 in the name of Mohit Sharma r/o Vivek Vihar, Sector 82 – Noida, 201304.

Not only the project is super delayed but also now the unit is shifted to 12th Floor.

As such, I have mentioned to cancel the unit and refund my money back to whole lot of people including Mr. Deepak Jain & Mr. Amir from Investors Clinic.

Kindly refer to the mails below. I have been writing to you June 2015 and there has been no response to my communication except some calls who do not understand head or tail of this issue and demonstrate as if they are God’s gift to mankind.

Why have a CRM mail id when you actually do not believe in it any how.

I am filing this complaint with CREDAI and marking a copy to Mr. Madusudan Prasad, Secretary – Ministry o[censored]rban Development for their kind action and I strongly urge them to take strictest of action against all concerned.

I will not stop here – Will go ahead and file Civil/Criminal Case against your company and also start a campaign at Social Media highlighting my harassment.

THIS IS MY THIRD EMAIL TO YOU IN THIS MATTER AND FINAL ATTEMPT TO SETTLE THE ISSUE BEFORE SENDING YOU A LEGAL NOTICE DEMANDING MY MONEY WITH INTEREST BACK AND SEEKING DAMAGES FOR PUTTING CUSTOMER TO MENTAL HARASSMENT.

1. I have not given my approval for shift in my unit at any point of time
2. I have talked to at least 5 people claiming to be your representatives and explained very clearly to them that I will not shift my unit – plain and simple. Refer to mail trail provided below .
3. Every time, each of them tells me to revert and then vanish
4. Another person calls me – tells me the same thing to shift the unit
5. And then I again explain him the situation.
6. In the meanwhile, you guys keep demanding money
7. I am very tired of the same…

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:-

RETURN THE MONEY I HAVE PAID WITH INTEREST FAILING WHICH I WILL SEND A LEGAL NOTICE TO YOU.

I would like you to know that the shift o[censored]nit to 12th Floor is not acceptable to me.

Not only the project is super delayed but also now the unit is shifted to 12th Floor.

Statutory compliances are not my problem/concern. You guys should have checked that up before selling the units.

I am looking forward to settle it amicably. If pushed – I will not hesitate to drag you guys to court and claim damages.

As per your conversation with Mr. Ajay Chugh from our team yesterday, your concern is noted and is at our priority list. We assure you an early closure of the same.

Home and soul and their upcoming project "boulevard walk" is fraudster. They promised Assured return while purchasing the shop if I make full payment. But since 2017 they have stopped providing AR and not even responding to the emails. Their employees who handle the matter on phones are irresponsible as well. Everyone I call them they are either on their lunch or in a meeting and though they tell you that they will call back they never do so.
If any one who wants to refund or take possession of the flat or unit urgently, where the developer is delaying the project beyond what was stated in the agreement, then please contact me at [protected]@gmail.com
Yes they are fraud.Please file case in RERA.I
I am planning to invest in Boulevard Walk on annual return basis. Please suggest should I investment. Are they paying assured return?
