IOC — Cancellation of gas booking without reason

I am based out of Kolkata (PIN:700054). My ph# +91-[protected]. Distributor name: Auroshika, 73, Dhan Devi Khanna Road, Kolkata - 700054. Code: 140368. Consumer #: 01381. I booked the Indane gas on 27-Sep through phone at [protected]. The booking confirmation # was 607875. On 15th Oct, I called them up to enquire my status of gas booking. They informed that my booking was cancelled. They could not give a valid reason as to why it was cancelled. I am under a very difficult situation right now as my gas cylinder is about to expire (I have a big family of 9 persons to support) & yet they had cancelled my booking without any rhyme or, reason. I have already re-booked another cylinder after I came to know about the cancellation but by the time this cylinder arrives, I might face big trouble for having no cylinder at all for sometime.
