[Resolved]  Ioc Ltd. — Non Supply of Booked gas cylinder and diverting the same without delivering

I had booked refill Cylinder from Indian Oil Corporation through their authorised Indane Gas Distributor Surya Gas Agencies, 45/845 A, Kochi 12, Kerala. Tel No:[protected],[protected] on 4th Sept 2014. Since I do not receive the refill till 2nd Nov, I contacted Ioc and I was told that the refill is delivered on 9th October. I was shocked by this information and so I contacted Surya Gas. They do not give me any answer and cut the line. This is not the First time it is happening. If I have to get the refill, I have to go to their office and beg for it. So I request the concerned authorities to take this complaint seriously and do the needful to get me the refill on time and not to repeat it again. Booking Date[protected] Confirmation No : 362133.
