Dear Sir, I, Srimati Snehalata Sahoo having consumer No. 02618 and 17 digit LPG ID 2 [protected] received a LPG (indane gas) refilling cylinder on dated 07.02.2015 vide Cash Memo No. [protected] dated 06.02.2015 paying an amount of Rs. 652/- .Till date the refilling subsidy has not been credited into my Bank Account No. [protected] o[censored]NION BANK (IFCS Code UBIN0535885) of Angul district of Odisha State. Kindly do the needful and credited subsidy amount into the above account.
