[Resolved]  IOCL — Misbehaviour by Fuel Filling staffs

Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your attention that today on 15th Feb'14 at 22;30 hrs. I went to fuel my two wheelers at Utkarsh Service Station IOC dealer, Karelibaug Main Road, Vadodara 390018, Gujarat. I had parked vehicle near the filling stations and requested him to fill the tank, since the Attendant and co-staffs was drunken they started misbehaving and ready to fight with me about the parking of the Vehicles apart from that they used the bad words also which we never expect from c ompany like IOCL. The on duty staffs were speaking arrogantly to distant. I also tried to contact the In- charge \ Manager of fuel stations to report the misbehaviour of their staffs but I have been told that nobody is available at this time. Moreover I also tried the IOCL complaint number to log my complaint but there was no response on complaint number too. Please take the some concrete action agent and their staff members since it upset me lot. I am appalled at such behaviour being meted out and request necessary disciplinary action to be taken against this employee. Awaiting your reply. Regards, Pramod Kumar +91 [protected]
