If there is any other word than bad and worse experience then that would be better for ion. # service and bad customer care support. 1. They charge 500rs for 28days in those 28 days half of the days you will face wire or connection problems. 2. Then after problem arrived they will ask concern person to look for it then that person will come according to his time till that time customer will wait and warm his # on the bed waiting to get fix his internet and resume his work. 3. When finally you lose temper and go to the nearest ofc then people will say sir we have one person he is now in other area he will come sir. So company has only one person to fix hundreds of customers problem?? 4. When you ask customer care about the problem that they are charging for 28days and every month at least once or twice they having problems and because of that they should give you extension in days then they will tell you to mail and wait for more 2, 3 days to receive txt.
