ION Broadband — Broadband refund/extension not processed.

I am using broadband service by ION. Dvois is the parent company. On 12 March 2016 two payments were made of 1144 each as one was showing unsuccessful. But later both the payments were accepted and when i called the customer care they said they will refund me one of the payment. I have been calling the customer care almost 4 times a week. All i get is a promise that i will get a refund or extend one months service. But that does not happen. I have also mailed to the customer care email but did not receive any response.
