ION Broadband — change of password

I need to change the password on my domestic ion connection.
I tried to contact your local representative mr. Rohit shintre.2/3 times i requested him on his mobile number. He said either he himself will come or send somebody.
Since one month i am trying but till today no body turned out to me till today.
Can my problem will be solved?
