ION Broadband — internet never works.

I have taken a plan for 3 months 50mbps. Paid all the amount in advance.. whenever i try to use internet it is never working. Los light is always red. I put a complain everyday in the morning and it is rectified after 2-3 days. And again after 1-2 days it stops working. No one is here to help. Kindly help me het a solution to this problem. I am wasting on time and money. Not able to use the internet ever. Been a month, internet never works
