I have lodge Complaint yesterday afternoon and that too after holding the line for 30 minutes.
My complaint is booked yesterday TKT2561521 and it's almost 30 hours and no attention has been given to me and I am loosing my work because of your in competent technical support.
If you can't manage this type of business why the hell you are harassing client like me.
If it's possible from your side it's OK or otherwise close my subscription and refund my entire amount as just I have paid the money last week by cheque
