My net is not working since last 5 days.
They disconnected my net on 24th july without any prior intimation and forcing me to buy their new device to continue the services and for the better quality while i am well satisfied without that device. I logged so many complaints on their customer care but of no use as they close the complaint without solution and even without calling us. Their customer care executive are so irritating that neither they know anything nor they have any authority and not even they can transfer the call to supervisor.in short there is no body to listen you. This is the worst worst worst service provider i have ever experienced. I am sharing the complaint no.
